Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate memberships, including account email, authentication identifiers, subscription status, payment and invoice references, entitlement history, discount usage, access events, and service communications. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by UltraSharp Picks.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate members, process and reconcile billing, grant or revoke access, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain audit records, improve the service, and send transactional communications. Marketing communications are sent only when permitted and include an unsubscribe method where required.

Service providers

UltraSharp Picks uses service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and email infrastructure for account and service communications. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Security

We use server-side access controls, restricted credentials, signed payment webhooks, database row-level security, and entitlement checks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Account, transaction, subscription, and audit information may be retained as needed for business records, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may stop marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided. You may also request account support regarding personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
