Terms of Service
Effective September 11, 2026
1. Service
UltraSharp Picks provides sports analysis, model-driven opinions, educational information, and subscriber-only selections. UltraSharp Picks is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not place bets on a member’s behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use sports wagering information where you live. If you use the service in connection with wagering, you are responsible for complying with all applicable age, location, and gaming laws.
3. No guarantee of results
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, model probabilities, win rates, edges, trends, or prior selections do not guarantee future results. Any decision to wager is solely your responsibility.
4. Memberships and billing
Recurring memberships renew at the interval shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. One-time passes and lifetime access are charged once. Current pricing, billing cadence, discounts, and taxes are shown before purchase.
5. Account access
Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, scraped, republished, or distributed. We may suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, credential sharing, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass access controls.
6. Intellectual property
UltraSharp selections, analysis, rankings, presentation, model outputs, site content, branding, and related materials are proprietary. No license is granted except the limited personal right to view content during an active entitlement.
7. Availability
We may update, delay, correct, withdraw, or decline to publish a selection. A slate may contain no qualifying plays. Temporary outages or third-party failures may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraSharp Picks is not liable for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made from information provided through the service.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
