Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

Recurring memberships

Weekly, monthly, three-month, and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.

Daily passes

Daily passes provide a fixed access period and do not renew automatically.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for ongoing access to the applicable UltraSharp Picks membership service, subject to these Terms of Service.

Refunds

Because subscriber content can be delivered immediately after purchase, completed charges are generally final except where required by law, where a duplicate or unauthorized charge is verified, or where UltraSharp Picks specifically approves an exception.

Promotional purchases

Discounts and promotional codes reduce the purchase price but do not change the renewal, cancellation, or refund rules unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.

Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact account support promptly before initiating a payment dispute so the transaction and entitlement history can be reviewed.
